Regional Entrepreneurship Awarding Ceremony

National Enterprise Development Authority conducts Regional Entrepreneur Award Ceremonies with the objective of recognizing, rewarding and motivating the enterprises scattered in regional wise, who have profoundly contributed to the economic development of Sri Lanka with the collaboration of chamber of commerce and other government institutes.

The entrepreneurs who are engaged in micro small medium and large-scale enterprises can participate in this competition under agriculture, industry and service sectors. The initial screenings are conducted by the development officers attached to the NEDA and after that, well-experienced judge panel will be evaluated the selected applications.

Field visits are conducted in final rounds in order to verify the details of the business operations. The award ceremony conducts after all evaluations with the participation of Chairman of the NEDA. The awards will be granted under different categories in order to uplift the entrepreneurs from the existing edge.
