Under the regional entrepreneurship development program, conducted under the direct involvement of Development Officers (DOs), develop new startups, expand and Diversify existing enterprises. During this cause, entrepreneur march from one stage to another from startup stage. One of the underling issues in this graduation process is finding adequate markets to increase production. Hence, Weekly fairs aiming at beginners and micro enterprises are planned to be organized weekly at days the weekly fair is unoccupied. Those who participate at weekly fair quite some time and if the entrepreneur develops confidence for market penetration and development, district level trade fairs are open for such entrepreneurs to participate and through that, they will be able to link up with district and provincial level buyers. Also, a National level trade fairs are organized for entrepreneurs those who are capable of market development and penetration in the national level. At those trade fairs exhibitors meet large scale national level buyers, exporters and foreign customers. As at the District level fairs, an analysis will be done to understand the gaps between required product by the buyers and existing product. NEDA head office in associating with DOs will conduct divers’ range of capacity building and technology transfer programs to bring the gap to a satisfactory level. Also, the exhibitors are facilitated and mentored until they establish a sound link with the buyer. It is a continuous process than just conducting a trade fair. Coordinating trade fairs through the Export Development Board, linking to international trade fairs through Chambers of Commerce and National Crafts Council are also done, to developed entrepreneurs of this journey.
