To support sustainable growth for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), NEDA partnered with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and PASS Asia under the “UPLIFT” project. This initiative focuses on aiding migrant returnees and communities in vulnerable situations by enhancing their skills, promoting safe migration, and fostering economic resilience.
