National Incubation Model Specialized Capacity Building Program

The National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA) is organizing the National Incubation Model – Specialized Capacity Building Program from 16th to 18th February 2026, marking a significant milestone in the national incubation initiative.

This three-day program will bring together NEDA Development Officers (DOs) from all provinces of Sri Lanka, providing a unique platform for capacity building, experience sharing, and mapping the potential sector to focused.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and practical exposure, participants will gain advanced knowledge and skills to effectively support entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs at the district and provincial levels.

As a landmark initiative of NEDA, this program reflects a strong commitment to enhancing institutional capacity, fostering innovation, and strengthening Sri Lanka’s national incubation framework for sustainable economic development.
